What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
- Perform thorough periodontal charting and oral health assessments
- Take and review digital radiographs
- Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene and preventative care
- Identify and communicate clinical findings effectively with the doctor
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Active California RDH license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Experience with digital systems and modern dental technology preferred
- A hygienist who takes pride in patient care and long-term outcomes
