Dental center hiring skilled Dental Receptionist / Front Desk in Scottsdale, AZ

We are hiring a front office receptionist. We are looking for a personable and dependable person with great people skills!

Responsibilities include scheduling, answering the phone, coordinating referrals between offices, coordinating lab pickups and drop offs, prepare and send insurance and billing statements.  You would be greeting and welcoming patients, having them fillout the intake forms, updating patient records and insurance information. You would be collecting payment for services and providing statements for patients.  We are a fee for service office, there is not a large amount of insurance tasks but you will need to have knowledge of dental codes and insurance billing. Exceptional telephone, organizational and customer service skills are a must. 

The job starts at $25/hr for training and learning our workflow and practice management software, DentiMax. An experienced front desk should be able to pick everything up in 2 weeks. The rate transitions to $30/hr after training.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00. This is a full time position. We are located in NE Scottsdale with the major cross streets Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Roads.
