Suncoast Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Insurance / Front Office Coordinator to join our team!
We are a busy, fast-paced dental practice with an established patient base and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We're looking for someone who is confident in dental front office operations, enjoys staying busy, and can help keep the day running smoothly while providing an excellent patient experience.

✨ We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has previous dental front office experience
-
Understands dental insurance and PPO plans
-
Is comfortable with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns

Has experience with treatment estimates and patient financial arrangements

Is familiar with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient communication
-
Can multitask, stay organized, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
-
Has a positive attitude, great personality, and strong attention to detail
Dentrix experience is a plus!
