Kidz Modern Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team! We are seeking someone who loves working with families, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and families with a warm, positive attitude 
- Coordinate patient scheduling and manage appointment flow 
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with families 
- Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork 
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally and efficiently 
- Help create a fun, stress-free experience for every child and parent 
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure excellent patient care 

Qualifications:
- Previous dental or pediatric dental experience (minimum 2 years experience required) 
- Strong communication and multitasking skills 
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable 
- Experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination is a plus 
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
