Full-Time Dental Front Office / Insurance Coordinator
Location: Mission Viejo, CA (92691)
Pay: $24–$29 per hour (DOE)

Our general dentistry practice in Mission Viejo is seeking a mature, professional, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, dual-role position combining front office and treatment coordination, with the ability to support the clinical team as needed. Candidates with both front and back office experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support front office operations (phones, check-in/out, insurance processing)
• Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs
• Manage scheduling and patient flow to support production goals
• Assist with financial arrangements and improve case acceptance
• Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients as needed
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of dental front office and/or treatment coordinating experience
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and treatment presentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
• Current CPR certification
• Dental assisting background preferred (RDA a plus)
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days per week
