Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
• Prepare patients for treatments or check ups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up intruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Provide oral hygiene instructions and post operative instructions
• Keep operatories clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Schedule appointments

Skills:

    Willingness to learn systems and software of office

    Proven experience as a dental assistant

    Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

    Understanding of OSHA/HIPPa REGULATIONS

    Ability and courses needed to perform regulated non surgical tasks like polish

    Excellent people skills

    Attention to detail

    Organized and reliable

Must possess X-Ray license, BLS

Mininum experience : 2 years
