Great opportunity: Dental Receptionist / Front Desk position in Reston, VA

We are a looking for a dedicated Treatment Plan Coordinator, all around employee: Receptionist/Scheduling, knows Treatment Coordination and Insurance…and has been in the dental field for 4 to 5+ years. Responsibilities include:

 Scheduling patients and managing appointments and knows the value of converting new patient calls into scheduled appointments

 Insurance knowledge, re; knows general information about insurance and verifications

 Experience at answering questions when patients ask about dental procedures

 Provide excellent customer service and can present treatment to a patient

 Is enthusiastic, friendly and likes being part of the team

Needed is a personality that likes people and treats them like you would a friend or family member.

Experience required is minimum of 4-5+ years or more of front office all around experience, and the ability to work and get along with other team members.

The position is full time and includes an hourly salary and other benefits listed below.

Job Type: Full-time: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $28-$35 per hour
