Join Our Family! Associate Dentist – Part-Time (Monday & Wednesday)

Our private practice is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental team Mondays and Wednesdays. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to build a strong patient base in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Our goal is to set our new associate up for long-term success. During the first 90 days, the provider will primarily begin within our hygiene schedule, focusing on exams, diagnosing treatment, and building patient relationships to naturally develop a strong restorative schedule.

What We Offer:

• Part-time schedule (starting off): Mondays & Wednesdays
• Guaranteed compensation of $750/day for the first 90 days while building your patient base through our routine hygiene scheduled patients.
• Transition to production-based compensation after the initial onboarding period

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• A provider who values comprehensive care and relationship-building
• New graduates encouraged to apply
