Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

$50–$65 per Hour + Production Incentives

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. Compensation

• $50–$65 per hour depending on experience
• Production-based commission for additional earnings

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
• Take digital radiographs and assist the dentist during examinations
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and patient charting
• Help ensure patients receive excellent and comfortable dental care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Patient-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
