Dental Hygienist - BURTON FAMILY DENTAL - Providence, RI

Can you run a four minute mile, save babies from burning buildings, or do a three hundred pound deadlift?? Well...NEITHER CAN WE! We're a two-location fee for service practice looking to add the perfect hygienist to our team. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to participate in co-diagnosis with the doctor and patient team, and convey the true value of your knowledge and services to patients. We want you to create a following of loyal patients who KNOW you are the best at your job. You will be expected to be a team player, someone who is willing to help the doctor or another coworker without being asked. We help each other if we are running behind or if we have an opening, and we will help you too! We are looking for someone who is competent with digital charting (we use Dentrix), periodontal charting, and digital radiographs. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning digital scanning so that they can better communicate with patients. Attention to detail, a caring attitude, and a person eager to continue to broaden their skills are the most important attributes we're looking for.
