We are a fee for service general practice seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator who is driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, patient-focused, and skilled in supporting both the front desk and clinical teams. Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and patient-centered service as the first point of contact. Coordinate appointments, treatment plans, and case presentations with accuracy and clarity. Discuss financial arrangements, present treatment estimates, and support patients in understanding their options. Process payments and complete patient billing with attention to detail. Maintain accurate records and support daily operations using Eaglesoft. Oversee daily front desk functions, including phone management, scheduling, and patient flow. Work efficiently with little to no supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and follow-through. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and collaborate seamlessly with team members.
