Teng Smiles Orthodontics in Seattle is seeking a reliable, outgoing team member. We are hiring for EITHER a Chairside Dental Assistant OR a Front Office Assistant . No prior dental experience is required—we provide complete, paid training for the right person! Must-Have Requirements: Bilingual Fluency: Must speak fluently in both English and Chinese . Reliability: Absolute punctuality is a must. Our team and patients depend on you. Availability: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and one Saturday a month. Choose Your Path (Roles We Are Hiring For): Option 1: Chairside Dental Assistant (Hands-on) Assist the orthodontist with braces and Invisalign procedures. Prepare/sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinic. Take digital X-rays and iTero 3D mouth scans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care. Option 2: Front Office Assistant (Communication-focused) Greet patients, answer phones, and manage the schedule. Coordinate patient check-ins/check-outs and handle payments. Communicate treatment plans and assist with bilingual patient translation. What We Look For: Quick Learner: Eager to learn an in-demand skill in healthcare.
