Responsibilities : · Assist the dentist during procedures · Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms · Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed · Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care · Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental · Help create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience · Support team members and contribute to a positive office culture Qualifications : · Dental assisting experience preferred · X-ray certification required · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Positive attitude and strong work ethic · Organized, dependable, and coachable · Passion for patient care and teamwork What We’re Looking For : We’re not just hiring for skills — we’re hiring for character and mindset.
