Job Overview: We are seeking a RDH to join our state of the art Lacey, WA practice. This position could be full time or part time position. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Arrival time is 7:30am and 1st pt. is at 8:00am, last patient is scheduled for 3pm, finishing up at 4:00pm. Offering $3000 Sign-On Bonus. Adult Prophy's & Perio Maint are scheduled for 1hr, SRP's are scheduled 1hr/Quad. Responsibilities: - Conduct dental cleanings and assist with procedures as needed - Perform oral health assessments and take vital signs - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft. - Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and aseptic techniques - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow Qualifications: - Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - State licensure as a Dental Hygienist - Familiarity with medical records management - Ability to assist dentists during procedures effectively Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
