Join our Olympia, WA dental practice as a Dental Hygienist

Our well established private dental practice is looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role, not only in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, but also in our dynamic and fun-loving team atmosphere.

As a Dental Hygienist on our team, you will be responsible for performing various clinical tasks, providing patient education, and sharing our passion to treat our patients with the highest standard of care for optimal wellness.

Position is for 3 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays 
Our hygiene hours are from 7 am - 5 pm, with the option to negotiate within those hours.
Hourly Pay: $65 to $75

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy techniques.
• Perform documentation review to ensure accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans based on their specific needs.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Utilize medical imaging systems effectively for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices within the office.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Familiarity with Dentrix dental practice management systems and Dexis Dental Imaging.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and disease prevention.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
