Our well-established dental practice in Medina has a rare opportunity for a full-time Registered/Licensed Dental Assistant. We have a 4-operatory office, wonderful patients, and a great team dedicated to quality care and helping each other. We have a small-town feel to our office, something I wanted to establish as I am from a small town in Northern Minnesota. The office consists of Front Desk/Office manager (20 years), Hygienist (12 years), a second hygienist (10 years), and a 4th operatory with a third hygienist (3 years). The dentist works out of one room, so you will not feel like you are working in an assembly line! I've practiced that kind of dentistry, and it's not for me. We have newer equipment, and the sterilization room was remodeled in 2019 with new cabinets, Hydrim, and autoclaves. I take pride in how professional our work is and how laid-back our environment is. Paid time off--if you have some left at the end of the year it gets paid out. 50% health insurance. Stipend if you have health insurance through spouse/partner. Paid Sick Time-use sick time as vacation. You do not have to be sick to use it. Simple IRA with 3% match. Uniform allowance. Schedule: No nights No weekends No On-Call. Paid Holidays---if a holiday is during the weekend, we take a day off during the week and you get paid. If we don't take a day off, you still get paid.
