What You’ll Be Doing Warmly welcoming patients and creating a positive first and last impression of our office Coordinating schedules to keep days running smoothly for both patients and providers Managing communication – answering phones, emails, and texts with friendliness and efficiency Assisting patients with treatment planning, financial arrangements, and navigating insurance with clarity and care Supporting the clinical team by keeping the flow of the day organized and stress-free What We’re Looking For A heart for service and a genuine love for helping people feel cared for Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying upbeat Clear, professional communication – in person, on the phone, and digitally Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but we’re most excited about the right person with the right attitude What We’re Offering Schedule: About 32 hours/week Compensation: $22–$27/hr, DOE Retirement Perks: 401(k) with 3% match Health Benefits: Because taking care of ourselves allows us to take better care of others Generous PTO This is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of a movement to transform how people feel about going to the dentist.
