Dental Front Office | Phoenix East Valley (Mesa), AZ Pay: Up to $24/hr (based on experience) Weâre a patient-focused general dental practice in East Mesa looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the front desk, thrives in an organized, private practice environment, and takes pride in delivering a great patient experience from the first phone call to check-out. What Youâll Do Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries with professionalism Create a warm, welcoming experience for patients in person and over the phone Oversee scheduling, confirmations, and schedule optimization Review treatment plans and explain fees and financial options Verify insurance benefits and submit claims accurately Keep patient records organized and compliant with privacy standards Support the clinical and administrative team to keep daily operations running smoothly What Weâre Looking For Minimum of 2 years experience in a dental front office role Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Working knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes Experience with dental software (Dentrix experience is a plus) Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys dentistry and patient care We offer a supportive team culture, steady hours, and the opportunity to play a key role in the success of the practice.
