Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
• Work closely with insurance companies to determine benefits/claim status
• Have a good understanding of patient financial responsibilty regarding treatment
