Role Requirements

Must have prior experience in a dental office setting, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, proficient with dental practice management software and the ability to multitask. Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a smile and managing the check-in and check-out process
• Answering and managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibilty
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Collecting payments and discussing financing options with patients confidently
• Maintaining social media presence
