Lead Dental Assistant – Cosmetic & Comprehensive Dentistry Gilbert, AZ | Full-Time ✨ High-Level Clinical Role | Leadership Opportunity | Growth-Focused Practice Overview Prizm Dental & Veneers is seeking an exceptional Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing cosmetic and comprehensive dental practice in Gilbert, Arizona . Our office focuses on cosmetic smile transformations, same-day crowns, implants, Invisalign, emergency dentistry, and comprehensive care. Requirements: 5+ years experience (prior leadership or lead assistant experience preferred) CDA, EFDA certifications appreciated but not mandated What We’re Looking For: Strong clinical skills and confidence chairside Experience with cosmetic cases, veneers, full mouth restorative cases. Extra-oral photography (Canon) Cerec & iTero scanners , implants, and Invisalign Experience with Dentrix Arizona Radiation Certified , BLS and CPR certification (our office is up for renewal) Excellent communication and patient connection Leadership mentality and accountability Ability to anticipate doctor and patient needs Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude and team-first mindset Responsibilities Include: Assisting doctor during all procedures Leading back-office flow and efficiency Helping maintain clinical systems and organization Sterilization oversight and operatory readiness Supporting exceptional patient experiences Training/supporting team members as needed Compensation & BenefitsgoodWhat We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience ( $23-$27 ) starting wage, with increase 30-45 days in.
