Position Summary: This unique role combines clinical dental assisting with patient treatment coordination. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and dedicated to supporting patients throughout every stage of their treatment journey. You will work closely with our dentists, denturists, and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care—from chairside surgical assistance and laboratory support to one-on-one treatment presentations and patient education. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Dental Assisting Assist the dentist chairside during oral surgery and restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Take digital radiographs, impressions, and intraoral scans Provide postoperative instructions and patient education Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Denture Laboratory Support Assist the denturist with denture fabrication, relines, repairs, and adjustments Pour models, trim casts, and organize laboratory cases Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies Treatment Coordination Meet one-on-one with patients to explain treatment options and timelines Present treatment plans and financial arrangements Coordinate scheduling for surgical and prosthetic appointments Answer patient questions and provide ongoing support throughout treatment Collaborate with insurance coordinators regarding benefits and preauthorizations Qualifications Required Dental Assisting Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental software and digital technology Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Boise and Nampa Preferred Experience with oral surgery, prosthodontics, or removable prosthetics Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements Bilingual in English and Spanish Ideal Candidate Attributes Passionate about dentistry and helping patients regain confidence Empathetic and skilled at meeting patients where they are emotionally and clinically Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable Self-motivated with a positive attitude Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience Why Join The Denture Company?
