Dental Receptionist About Us: We are a growing dental practice seeking an experienced and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our front office team. We value professionalism, efficiency, and excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently Manage daily schedule and confirm upcoming appointments Verify dental insurance and explain basic benefits to patients Check patients in and out, collect payments, and process transactions Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth workflow Requirements: 1â2 years of dental front desk experience REQUIRED Experience with Open Dental software PREFERRED.
