We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled DA or RDA who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can support clinical operations efficiently while delivering excellent patient care. Compensation Breakdown $23/hour: Dental Assistant with X-ray license and digital experience $29/hour: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) able to perform all RDA duties independently $32/hour: Highly experienced RDA, including orthodontic (Ortho RDA) experience Final compensation will be determined based on experience, certifications, and skill level. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Take digital X-rays and impressions Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records Support front office tasks as needed Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (required) X-ray license required RDA license (for RDA applicants) Orthodontic experience preferred for higher compensation tier Experience with digital dental systems Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
