Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is equally strong in both clinical and administrative responsibilities and takes pride in staying organized, efficient, and patient-focused. Key Responsibilities: Assist chairside during a variety of dental procedures Take and process dental X-rays (valid X-ray license required) Perform iTero scans , capture clinical photos , and assist with digital records Accurately complete clinical charting and note-taking Support clinical reports and maintain organized patient documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding treatment, scheduling, and follow-ups Assist with front desk duties as needed (scheduling, confirmations, patient coordination) Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared operatory Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Valid X-ray certification Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: Punctual and reliable — consistently shows up on time and ready to work Stable work history (no pattern of job hopping) Honest and professional with a strong work ethic Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term stability and to be part of a team that values accountability, consistency, and patient care.
