What Makes This Role Unique You will start as an Orthodontic Assistant while being mentored and developed into a Treatment Coordinator role over time. You’ll play a major role in shaping our patient experience and practice culture from day one. What You’ll Do Clinical & Assisting Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during procedures Perform orthodontic procedures (bonding braces, placing appliances, etc.) Take orthodontic records (intraoral scans, photos, X-rays, impressions) Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Sterilize instruments and uphold clinical protocols Growth into Treatment Coordinator Role: Lead and guide new patient consultations Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, and next steps Create a welcoming, confident, and comfortable experience for every patient Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Build trust with patients and families to help them feel confident moving forward Support and improve case acceptance through strong communication and connection Help elevate the overall patient experience from first visit to start What We Offer The opportunity to help build and shape a growing practice A supportive, fun, and team-first culture Hands-on training with the latest orthodontic technology Clear pathway for career growth into a leadership role Competitive salary with opportunities for increased pay and benefits over time Qualifications Radiology License required CPR Certification required Orthodontic or dental experience preferred—but the right attitude matters most If you are someone who is excited to grow, take on new challenges, and be part of building an exceptional patient experience—we would love to meet you.
