We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The Role We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about dentistry and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment. You will work closely with our doctors to ensure seamless patient flow and provide top-notch chairside assistance. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support: Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry during a variety of procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, and laser-assisted treatments). Patient Care: Welcome and seat patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans. Sterilization: Maintain a sterile environment by strictly following OSHA and infection-control protocols. Prep & Organization: Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently; manage clinical supplies and inventory. Education: Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education. Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (RDA preferred, but experienced DA welcome). Active X-Ray Certification and CPR/BLS Certification . Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital imaging. Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly "chairside manner." Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a modern office setting.
