What youâll do Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Build positive rapport with patients and parents by delivering exceptional customer service over the telephone Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits Promptly respond to incoming calls Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel Schedule appointments to ensure all new and existing patients are booked according to protocol Accurately document all information exchanged during each call Contact patients/parents to remind them of their scheduled appointments Effectively communicate office policies over the phone Check out patients and take payment accurately Basic qualifications 2 years of dental experience 1 year of front office experience Dental insurance experience Overall knowledge of dental procedures and dental insurance plan coverage Experience with insurance verification Familiarity with customer service principles and phone etiquette Why youâll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
