Registered Dental Assistant (RDA / RDAEF) â Bilingual Spanish Community Health Dental Clinic | Downtown Los Angeles, CA (90013) Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (90013) - Skid Row Schedule: Full Time | Monday â Saturday Must be available to work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM â 7:00 PM. Must be willing to support coverage at additional clinic locations approximately 2â4 times per month as operational needs require. Pay: $28 â $29/hour Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate. RDAEF will be compensated at a higher rate. Requirements to Apply Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Bilingual English / Spanish required Experience in a dental clinic setting required Current certifications required: Coronal Polish Radiation Safety Infection Control CPR/BLS Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must have a strong passion for serving underserved and vulnerable populations Job Summary Talent Strategies is partnering with a respected community health organization providing dental services throughout Los Angeles County. We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support a high-volume community health dental clinic located in Downtown Los Angeles near the Skid Row area. This role supports underserved patient populations, including Denti-Cal, uninsured, and homeless individuals. The ideal candidate understands the importance of providing respectful, non-judgmental, patient-centered care and is passionate about making a meaningful impact within the community. Secured parking and shuttle transportation to the clinic location will be provided. Responsibilities Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials Take dental radiographs and intraoral images Perform delegated RDA procedures including coronal polishing and impressions Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Support clinic flow and patient experience in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic safety guidelines Assist team members across clinic functions as needed Work Environment Community Health / FQHC dental clinic High-volume, fast-paced setting Team-oriented environment serving underserved populations Mission-driven healthcare organization focused on access to care and community impact Why This Opportunity?
