Job Title: Dental Hygienist Specialty: Dentistry Location: Columbia, South Carolina Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour | Monday–Friday Job Description Seeking a Dental Hygienist to perform routine dental prophylaxis, patient education, and support dental care services in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include oral hygiene instruction, radiographs, charting dental disease, reviewing patient histories, and assisting with appointment coordination. Experience with Epic Wisdom charting and charge entry is preferred. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM No weekends Closed on major holidays Requirements Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene Active South Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license BLS preferred 1 year of experience preferred Responsibilities Perform oral prophylaxis and fluoride treatments Remove stains and deposits from teeth Take and develop dental radiographs Provide oral hygiene and nutrition counseling Review medical and dental histories Record blood pressure and chart dental conditions Utilize Epic Wisdom for documentation and charge entry Skills Preferred Strong patient communication and education skills Knowledge of infection control practices Experience in outpatient dental settings Familiarity with Epic charting systems For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807 .
