Part-Time Dental Assistant (1–3 Days/Week)
Pay: $25–$35/hour DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team 1–3 days per week. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, enjoys working with children, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and helping our practice run smoothly.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms

Take and process dental radiographs (as permitted by certification)

Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment

Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions

Maintain accurate clinical records

Follow infection control and OSHA protocols

Assist with stocking and maintaining operatories

Support front office and clinical team as needed

Help create a positive, welcoming experience for patients and families
Qualifications

Dental assisting experience preferred

Current certifications/licenses required by California law

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
