Friday Only Hygiene: $75/hr Base + 25% Bonus (6-Hour Shift)

The Opportunity: Looking to pick up a highly productive, streamlined Friday shift? We are an independent private practice in Los Altos looking for a sharp, driven Registered Dental Hygienist for for 1-2 Fridays per month.

The Schedule:

• 6-Hour Shift: (e.g., 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

• Beat the weekend traffic, work for 6 efficient hours (6–7 patients), and have your Friday afternoon free.

The Transparent Compensation: We don't hide behind vague tiers. We pay a premium base and let you share directly in the daily production you generate.

• Guaranteed Base: $75.00 / hour

• The Friday Bonus: 25% commission on everything you produce over $900 in the day.

• When you utilize your clinical skills to provide comprehensive care (SRPs, necessary digital x-rays, and fluoride), you will easily clear the threshold. On productive days, our structure pushes your effective rate to $85+ / hour.
