Dental Assistant Looking for a part-time, experienced, x-ray certified Dental Assistant to join our team on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dental assistant must be friendly and dependable and a team player with good patient skills; Dental Assistant should also be well-organized with great attention to detail; we offer benefits and a competitive salary. Dental Assistant Responsibilities Prepare patients for treatment ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Knowledge of assisting with multi-disciplinary dental procedures Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Sterilize instruments and undertake lab tasks as instructed Dental Assistant Skills Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail, well-organized and reliable Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
