Position with benefits Duties Provide Excellent Customer Service :: Handle Patient Phone Calls, Greet Patients with a smile Patient Schedule Management :: Schedule appointments, Confirm and follow-up on future or missed appointments Check patients in and out :: Collect medical/insurance information, Collect co-pays and outstanding balances Treatment Coordination :: Plan Treatment, Present Treatment, Present payment options, Answer questions and ensure treatment is accepted Insurance Benefits Management :: Verify insurance benefits, Obtain Pre-authorizations Skills Proven experience in dental office or clinic environments with strong knowledge of dental terminology and billing procedures.
