This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise. Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for dental procedures. Greet patients and assist chairside by handing instruments and managing suction. Effectively translate and communicate treatment plans and post operative instructions to Spanish speaking patients. Assist with taking X-rays (we will train you). Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories following OSHA guidelines. Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred. Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentric, Open Dental) is a plus. Warm, empathetic and professional chairside manner. Requirements: Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required for our Hialeah community). Experience: None required!
