Dental Assistant – Endodontic Specialty Practice (Falls Church, VA) $24–$30/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends One Endodontics is a growing, multi-location endodontic group practice in Northern Virginia, and we're hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Falls Church team. What You'll Do Assist endodontists chairside during root canal therapy, retreatments, and apical surgeries. Capture digital periapical, panoramic, and CBCT images. Set up, break down, and sterilize operatories and instruments to the highest infection control standards. Help patients feel calm, informed, and well cared for from check-in through discharge. Cross-train with the front desk to support scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (endodontic experience strongly preferred but not required, we will train the right person). Active Virginia X-ray certification (DANB RHS or equivalent). Comfortable with digital imaging and willing to learn CBCT if you haven't already. Dependable, organized, and genuinely warm with patients. Strong communicator who works well in a fast-paced specialty setting. Bilingual (Spanish, Farsi, or Arabic) is a plus but not required.
