Dental Assistant â Full Time Our office is seeking a motivated and dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for patients while working in a team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a busy dental practice. Compensation and benefits will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and scheduled hours. Position Details - Full-time opportunity - Pay based on experience, work ethic, and professional references Required Qualifications - Current Certified Dental Assistant certification - Minimum of 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience - Experience using Dentrix software preferred - Strong communication and people skills - Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting - Working knowledge of general dentistry procedures and protocols - Professional, compassionate, and team-focused attitude - Familiarity with current OSHA and sterilization standards Primary Duties - Welcome patients and prepare treatment rooms for procedures - Support dentists and hygiene team during a variety of dental treatments - Educate patients on recommended care, treatment options, and dental products - Monitor and restock instruments, materials, and clinical supplies - Maintain proper sterilization and infection control procedures - Assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the day - Provide reassurance and support to nervous or anxious patients - Demonstrate gentle and precise clinical assisting techniques - Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment - Assist with additional clinical or office duties as needed We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, patient-focused, and passionate about helping others achieve excellent oral health.
