Full-Time Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) Northeast Minneapolis, MN. $1000 signing bonus. We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and team-oriented Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our modern, patient-focused dental practice in Northeast Minneapolis. This is a full-time position in a well-established office that values efficiency, high-quality care, and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during a wide variety of procedures Prepare and break down operatories for patient care Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control protocols Maintain strict OSHA and safety compliance standards Take impressions and assist with clinical procedures as permitted by licensure Perform lab duties including fabrication of mouthguards and retainers Assist with Zoom whitening procedures Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Support overall clinical flow and contribute to a smooth patient experience Qualifications: Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential Ideally 5+ years experience in private practice Strong knowledge of dental procedures and clinical workflows Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills Willingness to contribute to both clinical and operational duties Compensation & Benefits: $1000 Signing bonus Pay negotiable based on experience Health insurance options 401(k) plan Paid time off (PTO) Free chiropractic care Convenient Northeast Minneapolis location with onsite parking Join a practice that prioritizes both patient care and team well-being.
