Position Overview This role is approximately: 50% Dental Assistant 50% Administrator / Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator You will play a vital role in both the clinical and administrative success of the practice, ensuring every patient receives a seamless experience from their initial consultation through treatment completion. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Dental Assistant Duties Chairside assisting during cosmetic, restorative, surgical, and implant procedures Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical excellence standards Assisting with smile makeover and dental implant workflows Sterilization and infection control procedures Taking clinical photographs, radiographs, and digital scans (where qualified) Managing instruments, materials, and clinical inventory Supporting patient comfort and education throughout treatment Administrative & Treatment Coordination Duties Welcoming patients and delivering a luxury, concierge-style experience Managing appointments, scheduling, and patient communications Coordinating treatment plans and follow-up appointments Presenting treatment plans and financial options with confidence and professionalism Tracking case acceptance and treatment progress Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation Liaising with laboratories, specialists, and suppliers Handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and patient retention What We're Looking ForEssential Dental Assistant qualification and/or relevant dental experience Previous dental administration or reception experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and presentation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Comfortable discussing treatment plans and patient finances Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Proficiency with dental software and digital technology Desirable Experience in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants Treatment coordinating experience Knowledge of smile design and full-mouth rehabilitation workflows Experience with digital scanners and dental photography Experience in a luxury healthcare, hospitality, or concierge environment What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Career development and continuing education Exposure to advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry Supportive and collaborative team culture Modern, state-of-the-art technology Opportunity to be part of life-changing smile transformations Work in a premium, patient-focused 5-star practice environment Who Will Thrive in This Role?
