Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is reliable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in supporting a wide range of dental procedures while maintaining excellent patient care.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. We are looking for someone who demonstrates consistency, accountability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Required:
- Coronal Polishing certification
- Radiography certification
- Prior experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong adaptability and reliability
- Familiarity with general dentistry and multi-specialty practice flow
Preferred, but not required:
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Experience with digital dental software such as Eaglesoft
Responsibilities
- Take x-rays
- Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to infection control protocols
- Ensure instruments and materials are properly sterilized and organized
- Provide excellent chairside support to ensure efficient clinical flow
- Educate and support patients before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation as needed
- Collaborate closely with the front office and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Support daily operatory readiness in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
