Your Role & Impact As a vital member of our clinical team, you will:

• Deliver Excellence: Perform thorough cleanings, preventive treatments, and dental health assessments.
• Educate & Empower: Guide patients through personalized oral hygiene strategies and the importance of long-term care.
• Diagnostic Support: Utilize digital imaging to identify health issues and collaborate with dentists on comprehensive treatment planning.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure a sterile, safe, and welcoming environment following all infection control protocols.
• Grow Professionally: Stay at the forefront of the industry by engaging with new dental hygiene practices and technologies.

   

What You Bring to the Chair

• Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Experience: Proven track record in a clinical setting (we love a mix of precision and personality!).
• Communication: A friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and valued.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in procedures and record-keeping (HIPAA compliance is a must).
