Why Youâll Love Working With Us â Established, respected dental practice with over 40 years in the community â Supportive, team-oriented dental team (dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, front office) â Fast-paced, engaging work environment with steady patient flow â Opportunity to build your skills across multiple specialties (e.g., pediatric, ortho, endo, perio) â Exposure to modern dental technology and digital workflows What Youâll Do as a Registered Dental Assistant As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), youâll support our dentists and hygienists chairside and help deliver an outstanding patient experience: â Assist dentists chairside during a variety of general and specialty dental procedures â Set up and turn over treatment rooms; prepare instruments, materials, and equipment â Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards (OSHA/CDC compliant) â Take and process dental radiographs/xârays (per license and certification) â Document treatment notes and update patient records in the practice management system â Provide preâ and postâoperative instructions and patient education as directed by the dentist â Help manage clinical supplies and support an efficient daily schedule and workflow What Weâre Looking For â Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required) â Current CPR certification (required) â Minimum 2 years of chairside RDA or Dental Assistant experience in a dental office preferred â Experience in general dentistry; exposure to specialty (ortho, endo, perio, pedo) is a plus â Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting â Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management â Friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service â Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-first mindset Youâre a Great Fit If You⦠â Thrive in a busy, team-driven dental practice â Enjoy interacting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease â Bring energy, professionalism, and a great attitude to work every day â Are eager to keep learning and growing your clinical skills as an RDA How to Apply Weâd love to meet you!
