The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, scheduling, and patient care processes to ensure a smooth operation within the office. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage phone calls. Schedule patient appointments. Verify patient insurance information and insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients. Skills Knowledgeable in dental terminology and documentation practices is beneficial. Experience with dental collection processes and insurance verification is beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a dental office is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
