Experienced Dental Front Office Receptionist Minimum 1 Year Dental Insurance Experience Required We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience handling dental insurance claims and be confident managing the financial and administrative side of a busy dental office. This position is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to final payment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims Post insurance payments and patient payments accurately Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Manage accounts receivable and outstanding claims Maintain accurate patient records Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, PPOs and claim processing Experience with claim submission, follow-ups, and resolving denials Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and professional team environment Growth opportunities Paid time off and benefits (if applicable) We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in managing insurance and patient financial accounts.
