We are looking for a friendly, positive, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our private dental office in Raleigh. The ideal candidate is someone with a great attitude, a warm smile, strong communication skills, and a true passion for helping people. We have a great team and a supportive work environment where kindness, professionalism, teamwork, and excellent patient care are very important. Experience in a dental office is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, professional, caring, and excited to grow with our practice. What We Are Looking For: A positive, happy, and welcoming personality Excellent customer service skills Someone who enjoys helping patients and making them feel comfortable Strong communication and phone etiquette A professional attitude and willingness to learn Good organization and attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Bilingual is a plus, but not required Dental or medical front desk experience is helpful, but not required Responsibilities Include: Greeting patients with a warm and friendly attitude Answering phone calls and helping patients schedule appointments Managing the front desk and keeping the office organized Assisting with patient check-in and check-out Helping with basic clerical tasks, forms, and office communication Providing excellent customer service to every patient We are a private, community-focused dental office in Raleigh with a great team that values kindness, professionalism, teamwork, and great patient care.
