**Job Overview:** We are a private owned dental clinic with well friendly and welcoming woking environment. The clinic has been at the same location for more than 40 years with a stable and active patient pool. The clinic has been recently remodeled with state of the art equipments and surgical operatory. We have a young, easy-going and supportive team on site. With new practice scope implemented, we are looking forward to expanding our team to offer extraordinary services to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated member to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our dentists in delivering top-notch dental services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to advance their career in the dental industry. **Responsibilities:** - Operate dental software, mostly Eaglesoft, to efficiently manage patient information and streamline practice operations. - Coordinating referrals from referring clinics. Reviewing treatment plans with patients and offering different treatment options. Ensuring patients are prepared for their appointments, including providing necessary paperwork and instructions. - Managing patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency. - Assisting patients with financial arrangements, including insurance verification and payment plans. Preparing and submitting insurance claims. Managing patient accounts and and ensuring accurate billing practices. - Responding to patient inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing clear communication regarding appointments and procedures. - Following up with patients to ensure they understand their care plan and have any questions answered. - Preparing financial reports and analyzing practice performance. - Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 6 months of dental related experience (REQUITED) - Bilingual with English and Spanish preferred (REQUIRED) - Proficiency in dental software, experience of Eaglesoft is preferred. - Current active Registerd Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred. - Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant experience as a dental assistant (preferred). - Strong understanding and quick learner of dental procedures code, medical terminology. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and the team. **Benefits:** - Health insurance - Dental benefits/coverage - Retention bonus - License reimbursement - Paid Holidays - Paid sick leave - Paid Time off - On-site training and advance training - Other incentives This position offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding and dynamic field, with the chance to develop new skills and advance your career.
