We are growing and looking for a Front office Patient Care Coordinator to help our front office. You will act as one of the ‘faces’ of La Conner Dental and ensure patients receive a heartwarming welcome and they are your #1 priority. You will be a TEAM player in front desk activities, including calls, scheduling appointments, recall, treatment plans, Insurance verification, and various other tasks. As a essential member of our team, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Responsibilities Scheduling Appointments Help answering incoming calls Treatment Planner and Financial Coordinator Help with Patient Recall -Monthly and Scheduling Troubleshoot emergencies and patient needs Checking/ Scanning/ Data Entry of New Patient Paperwork Assisting front office in a multi task capacity Making Sure Hygiene is full for the next day Attend morning huddles before patients Confidence in discussing financials and collecting co-pays with patients Insurance Knowledge and Dental Terminology HIPAA/OSHA Compliant Dentrix software Knowledge a Plus+ Hands on experience with dental software and dental knowledge Confident, Professional, Personable and articulate Multi -line phone skills Dental Insurance Knowledge and verification Understand dental coding and billing Computer Savvy and able to work in a fast paced work environment Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills High School diploma Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental office: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
