What We’re Looking For A high-energy, organized, fast-learning dental assistant who is: Dependable, coachable, and professional Warm with patients and strong in communication Motivated to grow and master digital workflows Able to handle a fast-paced schedule Confident assisting with both general and surgical procedures Looking for a long-term, stable, modern workplace If you’re ambitious and want a clinic where you can elevate your skills quickly — you’ll thrive here. Required Clinical Skills You should be proficient — or eager to learn — in: Chairside assisting (restorative, crown/bridge, emergencies) Taking X-rays (CBCT knowledge is a plus) Sterilization and operatory turnover Digital scanning (iTero/SprintRay) Assisting in extractions and implants Surgical room setup and breakdown Treatment planning support + patient communication We will train you on our modern systems if you have the right attitude and foundation.
