About Us: Dental Assistant Manager – Join an Amazing Team! At Alexander Dental we are seeking a Dental Assistant Manager. The Dental Assistant Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing the performance of the dental assisting team across the practice. This role ensures clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience by establishing high standards, coaching team members, and partnering closely with doctors and practice leadership.
