The Role (What You’ll Do): Comprehensive Holistic Dentistry: Provide exceptional general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care using 100% mercury-free, metal-free, and biocompatible materials. Safe Clinical Protocols: Learn and utilize specialized holistic safety standards, including the S.M.A.R.T. (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) protocol. Patient Advocacy & Education: Lead the clinical conversation on the oral-systemic connection, explaining complex systemic health concepts in simple, empowering terms. Tech Mastery: Maximize our cutting-edge technology suite, including CEREC same-day CAD/CAM restorations , digital 3D CBCT imaging, and electronic charting via Dentrix. Advanced Wellness Integration: Collaborate with our hygiene team utilizing advanced holistic modalities (like Ozone therapy) to provide a level of healing patients can't find elsewhere. Competitive & Fair Pay: Generous compensation structure with a strong guaranteed base salary $600-$850 per day vs. a percentage of collections 30%-35% depending on experience and biological expertise. Proficient in general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, simple extractions, and basic endodontics). Knowledge of Dentrix (or similar dental software) and digital 3D imaging/scanning. A "can-do" attitude and the ability to lead a clinical team in a patient-centered environment.
